Self-Service Clause:

(1) The customer agrees that the contractor provides a self-service kit, where the contractor only supplies replacement parts and a detailed self-service repair manual for the [self-service item*].

(2) The contractor assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper self-services, including but not limited to damage to the [self-service item] being repaired, property damage, or injuries occurring during self-service repair.

(3) The customer agrees to be solely responsible for carrying out the repair according to the provided instructions and for any risks associated with self-service.

(4) The self-service repair manual provided by the contractor does not imply the contractor’s consent to perform improper work, modifications, or repairs on the [self-service item].

(5) The General Delivery and Assembly Conditions and General Service Conditions of Jungheinrich Lift Truck Ltd apply, as per the current version at the time of contract conclusion, which we can also provide upon request.

(6) By entering into the contract for the self-service or, at the latest, by using the self-service kit, the customer expressly agrees to the terms of this clause.
